Job Description
We are an international IT Company -one of the most successful startups in the field of RPA (robotic process automation) and the market leader in selling RPA products to system integrators around the world. And now we are looking for an experienced IT recruiter to join us.
Our specialist:
-Places prepared vacancies on recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc);
-Works with paid site options to increase the flow of incoming candidates' resumes;
-Complements candidate funnels with cold search,
-Conducts screening of calls with candidates, initial discussion of vacancies.
-Assigns executive interviews with successful candidates.
To start you need:
-Relevant work experience, ideally in an international IT startup;
-It is desirable to have one of the specializations - IT developers / sales / marketing;
-Fluent English (C1) and knowledge of the basics of business correspondence in English;
-100% ready for remote work: a quiet place with high-speed Internet; powerful laptop / computer with a headset, high-quality lighting;
-Communication skills, literacy, attention to detail;
-Knowledge of the nuances of working with various sites for the search for specialists (Indeed, Linkedin etc.)
