Investment Banking Analyst/Associate

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst or Associate to join a dynamic investment banking advisory team based in Manila. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional financial modeling abilities, and a deep interest in the finance industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to deal execution, client management, and transaction structuring.

Responsibilities:
- Deal and Transaction Management: Planning, execution, milestone tracking, follow-ups for deliverables from all parties, coordination with appointed third parties such as lawyers, accounting firms and other 3rd party service providers appointed by buyer/seller/client/investor.
- Client management, stakeholders management, and management of various work streams.
- Conduct business meetings with or without MDs, deal/project team management and deal/project completion.
- Production of Deal materials- due diligence report, NDA, deal teaser, corporate/deal presentation, financial models, information memorandums, sector/industry analysis, trading/transaction comparables.

Qualifications:
-Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, accounting or management.
-Knowledge of project management tools is a plus but not necessary.
-Ability to speak a regional language is a plus but not necessary.
-Experience working at an investment house, PE or VC is a plus.
