- Manage payroll processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and employees, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, utilizing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Act as the central point of contact for all HR-related matters within the organization, overseeing day-to-day HR activities and implementing policies and procedures.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with external parties and maintain positive relationships.
- Recruit staff on regular and part-time basis, conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Mediate employee conflicts or disputes, foster a positive work environment, and address grievances in a timely and fair manner.
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and mitigate HR-related risks.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to generate insights and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
- Manage the HR department budget effectively, allocating resources to support HR initiatives.
- Lead HR initiatives to support organizational change and communicate changes effectively to employees.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices through continuous learning and development.
