Job Description
We are seeking for prospective Genesys Cloud Tech Lead who will serve in a planning consultant role with a strong background in technology.
In This Position, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Provide oversight in the planning, evaluation, implementation, and validation of new/emerging technologies.
Lead project and/or technical maintenance teams.
Responsible for providing recommendations and attaining design approval for new technologies and major enhancements to existing systems.
Provide support to Security in the development of appropriate audit controls and procedures to ensure the integrity and protection of company resources.
Work with customers to understand business objectives in order to ensure functional and technical designs meet requirements and are in compliance with the ACG infrastructure and IS technology standards

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or applicable professional certification and/or six to eight years relevant technical and analytical experience.
Experience In/with
Serving as a consultant to business lines in defining processes or identifying technology based on business requirements
Developing business plans for technology initiatives
Developing, testing, deploying complex call routing solutions to meet business needs.
Researching incidents from single user to total outage conditions, beginning with initial discovery, root cause evaluation, progress, updates, presentation of finding, up to and including restoral and validation.
Developing positive relationships with business partners of varying backgrounds while working toward meeting business objectives.
Documenting technical systems information for both business and IT support purposes.
Strong Preferred Knowledge Of
Genesys Cloud solutions including:
Interaction Administrator configuration
Interaction Center Business Manager (ICBM) reporting including Real Time, Historical, Dialer, Recorder, and Feedback
Interaction Dialer configuration and support
Interaction Center Database Schema
Custom report development using SQL Management Studio, Crystal Reports, and Google Data Studio
NICE IEX WFM configuration and administration
Avaya Aura Call Center Call Routing and Avaya CMS Supervisor Reporting
Leadership Experience Including
Providing technical consultation and training to less senior staff
Providing leadership to project teams/technical project maintenance teams
Ability To
Apply similar prior experience to new issues to ensure effective problem solving
Develop strong business relationships
Adapt to new business or strategic objectives
Learn new skills or technologies both on-the-job and in a formal setting to meet objectives
