Job Description
Develop a Construction Inspection Management and Laboratory Information Management System that can not only provide the means for digitizing information, but also help create new functionality for Predictive Analytical Solutions for the construction teams.
Manage the full responsibility for maintaining, scaling & expanding our in-house developed Construction Inspection & Laboratory Information Management System (CILIMS)"
Manage the migration of our existing in house software and scale it by moving it to a Cloud database. Future proof & scale CILIMS by transitioning our on-premise solution to Cloud and ensure scalability of the system to multiple users
Build and put in place proper security and authentication practices
Design and build appropriate Data storage and archival practices
Provide leadership, support and coaching for team members; conduct performance and compensation reviews for team members; participate in selection process and elevate staff qualify; lead team meetings to align team goals with Company goals
Work closely with other departments to develop analytic solutions for clients
2 years minimum experience building scaled applications on either Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
2 years minimum experience building applications with Django / MySQL (or equivalent tech stack)
2 years minimum experience building Rest APIs
2 years minimum experience developing mobile optimized web services
Experience with full-Stack Development (front-end, back-end and server management), Source control, code review, and repository management with GitHub
