This is not a full time or contractual employment with a fixed salary. We offer best in the industry revenue sharing of 60% of the invoice for closing the key mandates within a stipulated time period.

What you will do
Handle recruitment activities from understanding the requisitions, sourcing, shortlisting, screening, interview coordination and candidate engagement until the joining.
Concentrating on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, Job portals, etc.
When required, interview the candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process and negotiate with them against counter-offers, assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to shortlist the best candidate for a position.

Skills and qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
2+ years of Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong recruiting fundamentals and business acumen to source, assess, and engage potential candidates.
Thorough knowledge and experience of various recruiting tools, techniques and platforms
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail
Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
Experience in applicant engagement and salary negotiations
Fluent in English and any other vernacular language
Intermediate level Skills in Microsoft Excel data handling
