ECommerce Campaign Specialist

The E-commerce Campaign Specialist is accountable for the day-to-day management and execution of our In-Product Purchasing (IPP) campaigns to drive revenue and customer engagement for one of our key sales channels.

As a proactive solution seeker, roadblock remover and strong communicator, you will leverage your deep experience and background to communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality, high-impact campaigns to our in-product touchpoints which will ultimately touch our customers. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong ownership mentality, is extremely detail-oriented in planning and coordinating a project plan and has a mind for performance and measure that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the campaign calendar for multiple product lines, and track and report results to senior management.
Develop and execute the quarterly promotion plan, item merchandising, coordination of sales, and customer messaging for the in product purchase experience.
Develop and coordinate a funnel optimization plan and work within best practices and processes to execute and report on success.
Responsible for the Big Picture related to the customer experience, product messaging and imagery within the in product experience.
Measure results, understand the impact changes have on customer funnels, and optimize based on data to track to promotion targets.
Configure product launches, catalog expansion, and promotional setup.
Create, maintain, and track multiple milestones for different projects at different stages while communicating to the project stakeholders on the status while following process guidelines established for your digital programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

1-3 years of work experience in online marketing with a successful track record in projects/campaign execution delivery. (provide examples)
1-3 years of experience with conversion funnel optimization and running time-based testing. (including detailed reporting and presentation to management)
1-3 years of experience with spreadsheets and pivot tables: Google documents and Excel
Strong analytical skills - identifying: trends, issues, track campaigns, monitor changes, funnel tracking
Strong attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred).
Ability to handle multiple projects while making decisions about key priorities.
Project management skills/experience an asset.
Diploma/Certificate in Marketing, Business, or equivalent working experience.
Excellent communication skills. (written and verbal)
Ability to meet project deadlines and exceed key performance indicators.
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
