Dynamics CRM Consultant/Developer

Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, customization, and support.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Dynamics CRM implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics CRM platform.
Customize and configure Dynamics CRM to meet the specific needs of clients, including designing custom entities, workflows, and plugins.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-user adoption of Dynamics CRM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications.
