Data Migration Engineer
Job Description
Data Migration Engineer (AWS) - Remote!
We are looking for an experienced software engineer that has a background working heavily with data and data migration via AWS. In this role, you will work with the production operations team to help deploy code to production. This project is centered around data and pipelining data to other systems via AWS and building out connections between the different services.
This is a full-time, 3 month contract opportunity that is 100% remote. Must live in central or eastern US time zones.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be on our W-2 ONLY, no C2C allowed with this client.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
5+ years of experience with Java, Python, and AWS (Specifically Lambda, Kinesis, and CloudFormation).
Must have experience with JSON and XAML.
Data migration experience.
Familiar with Agile methodology, particularly Scrum and Kanban
