Data Engineer

Job Description

HYBRID Senior Data Engineering opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa - must live here. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong data background with some Cloud experience. Azure is preferred. Experience building data pipelines with Python/SQL (databricks, or similar is a plus). It would be nice to have would be someone with experience with CI/CD pipelines. This is a small team with exciting data projects on the horizon. You'll work closely with your data engineering peers, data analytics, and architecture on their cloud technology. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 solid years of enterprise-level data experience - including ETL, DW, Data Modeling (including star schema). A must is advanced SQL knowledge. You'll also be comfortable working API's. Base compensation for this role goes up to 125K plus a 10% target bonus. This client is very successful so the bonus usually pays out above target.
