We have a great opportunity for a Data Engineer position with one of our clients either in Dayton, OH, or Remote, catering to the EST time zone.

Job Description:
As a Data Engineer, you'll be deeply involved in hands-on data engineering, management, and analytics projects. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside data scientists, analysts, business users, and IT teams to design, implement, and deploy data services and analytics solutions.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of data engineering experience
Proficiency in SQL across various database platforms
Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Spark SQL, PySpark, and Python
Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
Skilled in developing and maintaining ETL pipelines
Strong understanding of database design and principles
Experience in data modeling, schema development, and data-centric documentation
Ability to integrate data from diverse sources
Aptitude in recommending optimal data models for ingestion, integration, and visualization
Proven track record in code performance enhancement and query optimization
Utilization of CI/CD concepts for standardized data environment engineering
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with diverse stakeholders

120,000 - 150,000 USD
