Customer Service Specialist
Job Description
You will:
Provide top-notch customer support through various communication channels, including phone, and email.
Understand and address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and ensuring accurate and comprehensive responses.
Document all interactions and details in the customer support database, maintaining accurate and organized records.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, ensuring a positive customer experience even in challenging situations.
Meet and exceed individual performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
The requirements are
Strong Verbal and Written communication skills in English and German, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding efficient and effective solutions.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when documenting customer interactions.
Graduate or equivalent is required.
Preferred skills
Previous experience in a customer support or customer-facing role.
Familiarity with customer support software, CRM systems, and helpdesk tools is a plus
Training in customer service, communication, or a related field is a plus.
