Job Description

Customer Service Agents ensure that our passengers have the best flying experience possible.

- High school diploma is our minimum educational requirement
- 1-2 years+ of Customer Service experience is an asset, but not required, as we will train the successful candidate(s) in full

- Learning our industry-specific computer-based programs
- Learning industry regulations and company policies & procedures
- Attending all training sessions required for the position
- Answering telephones for inquiries with a pleasant and patient manner
- Making and changing reservations; taking payments in cash and other payment methods
- Checking baggage and charging according to company policies
- Assisting with check-in and passenger boarding
- Ensuring that the work environment is kept neat, clean and supplies are stocked
- Taking initiative, using tact and good judgment
- Have the ability to obtain an RCMP check and other clearances, if required
