**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of Agile/Kanban experience.
- 6+ years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Proficiency with .NET MVC (5+ years).
- 3+ years of experience with Power Platform.

**Tools Proficiency:**
- Visual Studio
- XRM Tool Box
- Jira/Azure DevOps or similar (3+ years)
- Confluence or similar (3+ years)

**Scope of Work:**
As a CRM Engineer with us, you will:
- Handle CRM Configuration.
- Perform CRM Customization (Plugins, Workflows, etc.).
- Resolve incidents efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive documentations.
- Oversee deployments.
