We are seeking skilled and innovative developers with a strong academic background. Our team consists of professionals from diverse fields, ranging from seasoned experts with over 15 years of industry experience to recent graduates in Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics. Having a university degree or prior experience in C++ programming, combined with a fresh and creative problem-solving approach, would be advantageous for this role. Our selection process revolves around task-based assessments that evaluate the demonstrated skills of candidates.

In this position, you will have a high level of independence and be responsible for various tasks involved in implementing new features. It is essential that you can approach problems from a user's perspective and effectively communicate and discuss abstract concepts with fellow developers. Each developer at our company is expected to handle architecture, design, implementation, customer feedback, and bug fixing, rather than dividing these responsibilities among multiple individuals. We empower our developers to control their own work.

At our company, we prioritize flexibility and efficiency. There are no strict deadlines, and meetings are only held when necessary, involving only the relevant individuals. We value ideas, suggestions, and criticism from all levels of the organization, carefully considering them. Even if your ideas require substantial changes to the existing codebase, we welcome them if they contribute to improvement.

We have a strong presence in academia and have published several scientific articles in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Graphics. We encourage and support our developers in publishing their research work as well. We offer sponsorship for conference visits and maintain close relationships with universities and research institutes in both the U.S. and Germany.

In terms of compensation, we provide highly competitive salaries, with developers earning EUR 130,000 annually after one year of employment. If necessary, we are willing to assist with your relocation to Berlin and help acquire a work permit. While effective communication in English is essential, knowledge of the German language is not mandatory. However, if desired, we can arrange German language courses.
