Circa is looking for an important member of our team to drive our sales. Circa has had enormous success selling our powerful value proposition to our target customer: midsize residential property real estate owners. The company seeks to hire an energetic salesperson who will move companies through the funnel from initial yes to signed contracts. Our sales pipeline is developed and managed by a leader in charge of Sales Strategy. You will report to the head of Sales and be part of a small and fast-growing team. The company is based in Maine with senior leaders located throughout the country. The ideal candidate will believe in our mission and be ready to use your skills and energy to further our explosive growth.
Responsibilities
	Support a clearly defined go-to-market strategy
	Be able to drive sales from yes to contract-signed and onboarding
	Develop and manage an organized and consistent process
	Maintain and develop customer relationships
	Manage the contracting process
Required Skills:
	Some sales experience
	Comfort with using sales software like HubSpot
	Outgoing and comfortable in a client-facing environment both on the phone and in-person
	Good communication skills both verbal and oral
	Wants to work in a fast-paced start-up organization with a strong culture
