Job Title: Backend Developer (Rust, Startups)
Location: Remote

Salary: 45 LPA - 60 LPA

About the Role:
We are looking for a Backend Developer passionate about Rust to work on cutting-edge web3 and SocialFi projects. You will help design, develop, and maintain backend systems, focusing on gamification and Play-to-Earn mechanics to incentivize user engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work with the Rust compiler and compile to alternate targets such as WebAssembly

Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) for unit testing and integration testing of publicly exposed APIs

Follow a Git-style workflow where commits deploy to staging, and merged pull requests deploy to production

Set up CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using GitHub Actions

Develop, maintain, and improve software in Rust

Maintain and enhance existing Rust codebases

Required Qualifications / Skills:

Passion for working with Rust

4 7 years of experience in shipping production applications

B.Tech in Computer Science from Tier 1 colleges

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making skills

Ability to move quickly without breaking things excessively

Ability to work under pressure with responsibility and ownership

Preferred Skills / Nice-to-Have:

Web3 or blockchain experience

Knowledge of WebAssembly

Experience with CI/CD workflows

Work in India

Employment Options

Base Salary

4,500,000 - 6,000,000 INR
