Cloud Support Engineer

Education: B.E/ B.Tech. (ECE/ EEE/ IT/ CSE/ Telecom)/ MCA or higher
Experience: 3+ years
Shift: Rotational
Skills Required
3+ years of working experience with Linux based cloud systems
Minimum 2 years experience in handling AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, Cloudwatch, Cloudfront, S3, VPC, NAT gateway, Security groups, Route 53) in Production workload.
Experience in front-ending technical engagements with customers
Able to perform First level debugging of application issues in AWS
Strong automation skills with Terraform
AWS Certification - Professional level or equivalent
CCSP or equivalent cloud security certification is preferable
