Managed by our Audio-Visual Project Engineer you and your colleagues will bring our customers vision to life, delivering first-class installation services. Youll work to develop best fit AV installation within boutique gyms, state of the art sports facilities, high end retail stores, luxury leisure and hospitality conference centres and ensure a smooth transition during handover to our Service team.

Flexibility is key, as although you will reside within the Home Counties/London/South locality, you will work away from home regularly, supervising projects across Europe and other areas of the UK.

How youll show up:

With significant experience within full installation and supporting AV, lighting and automation technologies youll be provided with high-quality equipment; we recognise the investment of providing you with the proper tools and set-up to enable you do your best work.

A team player you will work collaboratively with your colleagues and other external onsite colleagues whether attending fault finding, or installing premium technology solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Day-to-day delivery of full installation of AV, lighting and automation technologies

· Attending customer premises to establish reported fault and a prompt restore service

· Ensuring accurate completion and return of AV asset documents upon installation sign off and Field Service records and paperwork for customer service visits

· Proactively building close working relationships with your team and customers enabling best service

· Identifying potential improvements and feeding back to customer and sales

· Timely and accurate reporting and feedback of installation and service work to appropriate parties

· Conducting site surveys, ensuring every aspect of the survey is recorded and reported back to sales

· Maintaining standards of technical excellence within the department

We need you to:

· Have significant experience within senior AV Installation Engineer role

· Proven ability to fault find; terminate cables to industry standard

· Hold effective communication skills, both written and verbal; with the ability to read and understand AV system schematics

· Be fully computer literate and happy to use a range of apps and software tools

· Be prepared and able to travel to client sites, including Europe

· Have a flexible approach to working hours; and at times work under pressure to tight timescales

· ECS Electrotechnical Certification Scheme or equivalent

· Have an understanding of IP networks

· A clean UK driving license
