Associate Project Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities Include
	Primary function includes End to End Project Management for complex multiple projects from Scoping, Flow and conceptual design to implementation and final delivery.
	Work in tandem with Sales and Account management team to understand the high-level requirements. Create, validate and question the proposed estimates and timelines.
	Liasoning with clients and internal teams on Scope, Design and Demo of Final product. Ensure Final product is thoroughly tested before going live.
	Responsible for overall inventory, content in platform. Liason with product, partnership team to ensure all information uploaded and inventory is available.
	Work Product Team on New Product Initiatives and Existing Product enhancements.
	Establish and maintain processes to manage and track project deliverables and milestone throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, manage and highlight project issues.
	Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
	Manage all operational task, coordination, reporting, related to projects.
	Prepare Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports and circulate to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
	Bachelors degree.
	Should have good knowledge of Microsoft office (Mainly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
	Should be prepared to work extended hours to meet peak demands.
	Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability in problem-solving.
	Proven ability to effectively work in a fast paced, dynamic and results oriented team environment.
	Requires a positive attitude and demonstrated ability to influence other functions / stakeholders.
