Associate Product Manager
Job Description
A fast growing tech driven B2B consumer rewards marketplace is looking to hire a Product Manager who is passionate about new product development and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products.
The ideal candidate should proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release.
Location : Saket, New Delhi
Compensation : Industry Standard
Work Experience : 5-6 years in similar role
Responsibilities:
* Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
* Determines customers needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
* Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
* Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the research, development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organisation
* Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
* Provide key insights to stakeholders on the product and market
Requirements:
* Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
* Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Preferred experience from organisations in rewards/loyalty/consumer service
