Job Description

Responsibilities
Work with a team to design and document buildings and other structures.
Conduct research, collaborate with others, and mentor less experienced team members.
Develop knowledge of company's project types and procedures.
Participate in construction administration activities.
Travel for surveys and site visits.
Produce 3D renderings.
Pick up redlines in a documentation set.
Technical/Professional Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
Graphics and visualization skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop design or technical solutions.
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or other modeling software applications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent.
1-8 years of relevant experience.

60,000 - 90,000 USD
