Application Developer Oracle PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM)
Budget: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00
Schedule: 45 hours/week (Hybrid setup; onsite 2x/week)
Work Location: Hybrid Uptown 2, 5th Floor

Are you an experienced developer with a solid background in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials? We're looking for an Application Developer to design, build, and configure applications that support key business processes within the Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM suite.

What You'll Need:
Non-negotiable skills:
· Minimum of 2 years of Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM experience (must be within the last 10 years)
· Minimum of 5 years in electronic data processing systems design, programming, and analysis
· At least 3 years of experience in a lead developer or technical lead role
· Strong understanding of enterprise financial systems and business process automation
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (undergraduate degree required)

Preferred skills:
· In-depth knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM modules and integration frameworks
· Experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Component Interface
· Familiarity with upgrade and patch management in PeopleSoft environments
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

What You'll Do:
· Design and develop application solutions within the Oracle PeopleSoft Financials ecosystem
· Configure applications to meet specific business and functional requirements
· Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to ensure quality delivery
· Lead or participate in system analysis, development, and enhancement initiatives
· Ensure application performance, reliability, and compliance with standards
· Assist in production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
