Application Developer Workday Studio
Schedule: 40 hours/week (Hybrid setup; onsite 2x/week)
Work Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2

Are you an experienced developer with deep expertise in Workday Studio? Were looking for an Application Developer to design, build, and configure scalable enterprise applications that meet business needs using Workday Studio. This role offers the opportunity to take on a subject matter expert (SME) role and make impactful decisions across technical teams.
What You'll Need:
Non-negotiable skills:
· Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Studio
· Certified in Workday Studio (preferred)
· In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle
· Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems
· Knowledge of Workday HCM and Financials modules
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (undergraduate degree required)

Preferred skills:
· Experience optimizing application performance
· Proven ability to lead teams and make architecture-level decisions
· Experience in solutioning across multiple integrated systems

What You'll Do:
· Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Studio
· Lead application development, design, and integration projects
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
· Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
· Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
· Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide long-term solutions
· Participate in strategic decision-making across multiple teams
