About the Role
We are hiring an Account Manager to manage customer relationships and drive business growth within the semiconductor and electronics ecosystem in Penang. This role combines technical understanding with customer-facing sales responsibilities, supporting both existing accounts and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts in the Penang region
Identify and develop new business opportunities within semiconductor and electronics companies
Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers
Conduct regular customer visits and relationship-building meetings
Deliver product presentations and explain solutions to customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
Maintain and update customer database and sales reports
Share regular updates with internal teams and management

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering, or related field
35 years of experience in semiconductor / electronics industry
Experience in technical sales, account management, or customer-facing engineering roles
Strong understanding of the Penang semiconductor ecosystem
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Willingness to travel within Penang and occasionally across Malaysia
Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred

Preferred Experience
Exposure to semiconductor test, burn-in, sockets, or related solutions
Experience dealing with manufacturing, engineering, or production teams
