We are looking for a Senior Web Developer on a full time REMOTE basis to join the team of on our top clients who is a leader in online auction technology and services. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain their web development platform. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.

In this role, you will take ownership of web development and build the company's web platform to drive the success of our web front-end and web admin applications. You will participate and help drive architecture decisions of web components for product development as well as customizations for clients including building solutions that scale to meet the unique branding and theming requirements of thousands.

Job Responsibilities:
Contribute actively with Designing, Coding, Code reviews, testing and integrating functionality
Work with offshore team throughout development project, ensuring that coding standards are met and proper automated test cases are setup
Work with onshore team to finalize architecture, solution, and standards for implementation, filling any gaps as needed throughout the project
Work with management to identify technical milestone breakdowns and ensure team development lines up with milestone targets and updates
Ensure front-end work meets web and mobile standards, including iOS and Android best practices
Ensure that code is built to handle any mobile possibility such as poor network connections, intermittent connectivity, without missing a beat

Job Requirements:
6+ Years experience with Web and/or Mobile development. Expertise in JavaScript
Experience with React and AngularJS frameworks
Experience with mobile frameworks such as ReactNative
Working knowledge of PHP
Comfortable working with promises, and legacy ES5 where required
Familiarity with REST APIs and Websockets
Experience with Agile Methodologies
Self-motivated and able to effectively solve problems on demand
Availability to resolve urgent application issues outside of business hours - ownership of your product
Ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically in English

Nice to have:

Experience with Android or iOS Development

Remote position (EST time zone preferred due to Europe/Asia clients/teams)

Base Salary

160,000 - 170,000 USD
