If you are a recruiter, then to search profiles you need to click Find Candidates link - https://mirajobs.com/search
To post jobs, you navigate to My Vacancies (https://mirajobs.com/user/vacancies) and click Add Vacancy.
Mirajobs is a self-service platform used by both jobseekers and recruiters.
