that sounds more like FAANG comp. for 2nd tier companies I would say 150-250

From what I've heard from my colleagues, the total compensation range for an L7 SDM in companies like Amazon in Europe is around 320-450k EUR.

I used to work in NL for tech product company... It was not so sweet there. Engineering Manager would make ~100K, Director of Engineering ~110-120
