Hello! If I chose Romania as my home country, will my profiles only be visible for Romania? I am more interested in working for companies outside the country. Thanks!

Profiles are displayed according to search criteria that recruiters select. If they choose "any country" in the search form, then your profile will be displayed. Also, if they specifically select Romania, it will also be displayed.
There is also a feature in your account to enter a list of countries where you would like to relocate, and recruiters can also search using this field.
