Charities are built on networks of volunteers but as of today, no platform effectively coordinates them. Worthy aspires to operate the leading web platform for charities to manage their communities and administer their organizations.

**Our Mission**

Our mission is to lower the administrative burden of charities by outsourcing roles and responsibilities (think legal, accounting, bookkeeping etc.) onto skilled volunteers. Worthy is different to other technologies because it is focused on building a network of repeat skilled volunteers around a charity. In the future, we hope every individual considers pursuing a hybrid career, that is a paid engagement during working hours whilst also putting their skills to best use with a charity on unpaid time.
