VGA Associates was started with the backdrop of employment scenario wherein education was given in isolation, not factoring the company's requirements. We took it upon ourselves to hone up the skills right from making the candidates aware of the required soft skills, technical skills and a positive demeanor and above all, the willingness to learn attitude. Our efforts were to bring them to a level wherein they would atleast face interviews confidently. This kind of continuous perseverance has bore fruits.
