Prior to starting TRC, Ellen was a well-known and well-respected Chief Information Officer primarily with Financial Services Firms. The majority of our client base is in this sector. Ellen has built many teams throughout her career and her technology background allows us to understand the needs of our technology clients better than most recruiters (a part of the TRC Difference), and also understand the work performed by candidates to uniquely ensure the best match for both parties. Her organizational development background has allowed us to counsel and assist in developing teams and human capital organizational design from the ground up for many of our fast-growing clients.

We specialize in retained senior manager and C-Level recruitment, and contingent search primarily within Technology, Finance and Human Resources. In addition, we offer Career Coaching at all levels, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Consulting, Training for Corporate Recruiters and Hiring Managers, and Consultation on the Implementation of HRIS Systems.
