Covenant Consulting began in 2009 with a simple goal in mind - to create positive, sustainable change in the world by doing business in a noticeably different way. In the process, we've built something unique through deeply committed client relationships, world-class team members, and a portfolio of services focused on the human side of enterprise.

A Covenant is an "agreement which brings about a relationship of commitment." Our name is an outward display of the commitment we have to our consultants, clients, and each other for a purpose greater than ourselves.

We have the privilege of building genuine relationships with individuals in a variety of industries, companies, and positions. We do our best work by bringing people together at the intersection of talent and opportunity. This is reflected in our logo of two individuals united around a common purpose.

A percentage of our company profits go to a charity we choose every year to create sustainable change in our world. It’s essential that what we do “means” something and has “purpose.”
