Ai Consulting was founded in 2025 by Azeem Ismail. Azeem is passionate about people and is driven to make a
positive impact on society, both locally and internationally, by giving the everyday person a fair chance at
landing their dream job. His journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic when he, himself, applied to
multiple roles and was rejected by automated systems. This experience motivated him to revolutionize the
way corporates interact with and hire potential candidates, by reintroducing the human touch to the
recruitment process. By taking the time to listen to and understand the story of every individual, he connects
the right people with the right opportunities. He believes that behind every CV is a story worth listening to.
