Will the industry switch to permanent WFH?

Will the industry move to a permanent WFH or hybrid model even post Covid? I used to work from home and have no intention to get back to the office, and I think I'm not alone :) Thoughts?

Top tech companies like Microsoft and Amazon already announced return to office, though they have postponed the return day several times already. Still I think they will make everyone go back with occasional WFT.

yep, I think it's the future. some companies may try to get everyone back to office (probably big ones), but small-to-medium ones and startups are already fine with remote-first, and that's a huge advantage to many devs.
