What is a good TC for SDE II in Vancouver, BC?

I'm about to accept an offer for SDE 2 (L5) in AWS, and wonder if the offer is good or I can ask to get more?
Base: 130k CAD
Vesting: 80 shares for 4 years (5, 15, 40, 40).
Thoughts?

I know somehow how got 135 base a year ago. What about the team and SDM? Are you aware of all that PIP talks about AWS and AMZN in general?

Manager seems to be good, and two devs who interviewed me seem to be very knowledgable as well.. fingers crossed :)
