HR and Manager discussed severance on zoom call, confirmed my mailing address, but I am yet to receive the documents we discussed on the zoom call after two weeks. Reminder to HR has not elicited any response. What could explain this and any suggested next steps...

I would say that it is ALWAYS better to have a written conformation of any negotiations with your employer when it comes to comp or money. I would recommend escalating this issue to head of HR or even CEO if you still did not receive any updates. Hope this helps.

If this is a reputable company then there should be nothing to worry about. On the other hand, if it is a small employer than it is better to keep everything in written. Do you have any records to prove the severance details you negotiated?
