So as the title suggests, I have 12 years of experience and my resume is lengthy. I want to find a job in tech as I completed FinTech bootcamp and learned to become a good coder. Is my resume good enough?

3 pages should be OK but 1 or 2 pages would be better for readability.. You could use Chat GPT to create a shorter summary. Hope this helps.
