Second of all , I was wondering how I can apply and get recruited with higher chances?
Is it also plausible to be hired without having expriences for the sake of internship?

The main idea of Mirajobs is that jobseekers publish their anonymous jobseeker's profiles and recruiters contact job seekers with job proposals. However, we also support the traditional model when jobseekers can proactively apply to jobs posted by recruiters. I would recommend checking out the list of jobs at https://mirajobs.com/jobs
