How do i start in making a jump from a full-stack Software Engineer to a Business Analyst? Is there any certificates recommended for me to dive into? I've been turn down on every Business Analyst role I applied to. Is there like an unwritten rule that a Software Engineer will not be accepted as a Business Analyst?

Are you still employed as a Full-Stack SWE? If so, you can take on more BA duties, have a conversation with your manager about your career shift if that makes sense. Eventually you will get the necessary experience to support your BA ambitions.
If you are currently unemployed then I'd suggest to highlight all relevant BA duties that you did in the past, i.e. interaction with customers, business or product requirements clarification etc.
