Software Engineer
Summary
After teaching Computer Science for 12 years I decided, having rediscovered my love of building things and looking for a new professional challenge, to change career path. I undertook a Fullstack Engineering programme with Agile Methodologies and I am now looking for my first software engineering role. In the past three months I've developed several applications from the ground up, working fullstack in Javascript, NodeJS, React, Ruby on Rails, and Python.
Expectations
I'm looking for a backend role where I can develop my skills and make valuable contributions to interesting products. I enjoy working in diverse teams, with supportive, collegiate atmospheres. I appreciate companies with transparent policies and approaches.
