As a player coach, I built, trained, coached and developed a specialty pharmacy sales team that called on drug chains, pharmacies and specialty physicians.
Through the collaboration of my sales team with the HUB, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Data/IT Teams we produced the following results:
o	Increased Specialty Rx revenue by 2,054%, from $9,600,000 to $206,800,000
o	Increased the pharmacy customers from 122 to 540 (340% increase) with footprint expansion from 30 to 42 states.
o	Increased the sales force from 6 to 46 sales reps and developed and promoted 4 sales reps to sales management positions.
