Summary

I have 22 years in Quality Assurance. During my career in Software QA, I've developed the critical thinking skills and strong understanding of various software development methodologies.

Looking for a new opportunity to showcase my tech skills (software testing, hardware config, even junior full stack development).
I've been in software development for over 20 years with lots of experience with web development & delivery systems, API, CMSes, Windows & Mac applications.

Recent work includes testing bespoke applications and custom hardware installations for Executive Briefing Centers and other facilities, doing SLA support for older projects, learning about various large 4k displays, mosaic setups, video streaming, generative art. I also helped project managers with keeping track of bugs, software versions, creating regression & UAT test plans, and helping author client documentation.

I have experience troubleshooting, identifying, and verifying issues/fixes with software, hardware in Windows, Mac, iOS, Android. I've also worked with printers, switches, routers, servers, displays, remote access tools like LogMeIn. I've also served as an associate Scrum Master, release engineer with heavy focus on stakeholder communication, and mentoring junior QA testers and working with offshore and freelance testers from services like Applause/uTest and Testlio.
