Hand-picked as lead PM for an in-flight Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation project, coordinated and directed work of three other PMs. Ran meetings three times weekly with project resources to review and track issues. Saved Revlon $1,600 per day by managing the on-site consulting companys six resources.
Spearheaded five infrastructure projects combined under a single $3.1M budget to replace outdated/install new hardware and be implemented concurrently. This required a complete outage of the Global Network Operations Center with limited downtime. Proactively developed a methodology whereby the project plan drove to-the-minute task execution. This methodology is now used for future complete outage projects.
Oversaw project to install Statistical Process Control software connected to manufacturing lines for fill weight reduction. The software effectively runs on several production lines, exceeding $1.5M in savings annually.
Successfully coordinated implementation of Positive Pay for an Operating Checking Account eliminating concern over check fraud totaling over $100k annually.
Managed two projects to integrate Active Directory and email services into a single, centralized network and email service (Exchange) for 1,000+ employees world-wide following company acquisitions. Effectively and creatively ensured global mass scheduling to complete the integrations in a timely fashion
Led a project to successfully build a complete and working instance of SAP in Azure.

Expectations
I'd like to build on my existing project management skill set. I currently use a hybrid waterfall-agile methodology in my project management but would like to move into a heavier agile role. I work closely with my project stakeholders to learn what their project objectives are and what hurdles (if any) they're expecting me to take the project team over. I have a track record for bringing my teams into first place on execution and I expect to continue that record.
