Summary

I'm working in the IT industry for 13 years, started as an individual contributor and held several functions with the company, in different departments (HW/SW ordering, Procurement, Service Management, Project Management, Implementation and also Operations)
For the last 11 years, I'm working in a people management role and my focus is primary Operations. I successfully led 3 different teams and support two of the largest ATT customer (IBM and Shell)
In 2018, we managed to build a new diverse team of 56 Project managers and Managed Solutions Implementation managers located in Slovakia and India for support of a new project for Shell customers called Aruba Transformation. AIM of the project was to replace existing Cisco devices with new high demanding product Access Points from Aruba. Locations were across the world, it includes Shell Campus environment, Shell refiners, Datacenters. Our Team was part of the lifecycle management and our scope was to manage the project from start to end that Includes HW ordering, daily cooperation with Designers, technical teams, Procurement, staging, onsite technicians and change management. The transformation project was successfully completed in July 2021. As a team, we received AT&T recognition "Service Delivery Excellence Award - for Extraordinary customer support.
Part of my day2day Management scope was;
- regularly providing a weekly executive overview for our Senior management with a focus on Operational performance and meeting SLAs. (Executive summary includes for e.g front logs, Order issued - Completed, Ticket raised, number of failed events during T&T, Backlogs and of course solution for eliminating backlog orders or any other issues) but also team accolades which were used for Recognition programs.
