Customer Success Manager

Summary

In my current position as project manager I set up a new service area that supports the sales team in project and offer tracking. After my apprenticeship in 2020 I gained initial experiences in sales (project business) and worked as junior sales manager in the southwest of Germany. It was necessary to build my own customer base through telephone and on-site acquisition. Futhermore I have made apprenticeships as computer specialist for system integration and management assistant. Since November 2021 I am permitted to work as instructor. Beside my work I am studying for the Bsc. IT-Management.

Expectations

I want to be responsible for managing customer relationships, anticipating customer needs and adapting strategy to ensure a high level of customer loyalty and satisfaction. Onboarding new clients, developing and implementing new strategic project plans, creating campains and content to support their full-funnel needs are daily tasks. Futhermore conducting workshops, video calls and developing my B2B relationships over several media. I am glad when I am able to use some of my languages (German, English, Spanish, Italian).
