Commercial Property Manager

Summary

Responsible for management and operations of retail, commercial and industrial properties in the Sacramento, Yuba City, Sonoma and Placerville County.
Prepare and oversee the preparation of annual budgets and reconciliation of annual CAM.
Prepare monthly financial reporting on all of Essex 406,000 SQ FT portfolio.
Interface with owners/landlord regarding tenant collection status, capital improvement and large
expenditure request.
Handle responses to tenant requests. Establish and maintain favorable landlord and tenant
relationships.
Coordinate tenant requests for above standard work.
Lease Administration, process Amendments and lease extensions, work with tenants regarding rent
negotiation.
Performs periodic property inspections.

Expectations

Experienced in Shopping Center, Retail and Commercial Property Management with demonstrated history of working in the Real Estate industry. Skilled in Operations, Budgeting, working and building relationships with landlords, tenants and vendors.
