Summary

I have more than 8+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams, coordinating projects in different domains and effectively collaborating with stakeholders at different levels.

In my previous role I facilitated company transition to new PM tool, ClickUp, and optimized company processes to account for changes in project management approach. Subsequently, I used ClickUp to manage project timelines, monitor progress of milestones, create performance dashboards and identify the bottlenecks in the process. Ive also introduced regular process improvement meetings which allowed to make timely adjustments and tailor processes to increase team and company productivity. One of the outcomes of our process improvement sessions was implementation of regular retrospective meetings that led to decreased project turnaround time, better team coordination and improved NPS score.

I also have experience working in an established Agile environment where I led several distributed development teams and oversaw all the operational aspects of the projects from conception to delivery. I was responsible for keeping projects on track, managing sprint backlog and day-to-day communication with stakeholders and development teams. As a Scrum Master, Ive facilitated all Scrum ceremonies to ensure that consensus on project goals was reached, impediments were properly addressed and changes were implemented in a timely manner.

Expectations

Im looking for a project management position, where I can grow in Agile environment personally and professionally. Id love to apply and expand my expertise in Agile Methodologies working with teams who are using Scrum, Kanban or other Agile methodologies in their workflow or who are eager to grow in this direction.
