This job is for you if:
You have a proven track record of creating software from initial conceptual design to profitable production, driving the front end architecture of the product youre creating.
You dont wait for the future to happen; you make it yours, designing solutions that are secure, reliable and scalable.

Heres what an ordinary week might look like:
Stay tightly aligned with Product Owners to reinforce product direction.
Set strategic direction and align the work with business value and reinforce that value and direction across the business.
Share solution concepts with others in a way that gains buy in and understanding.
Address performance issues with the appropriate sense of urgency and professionalism.
Balance and coach individuals on the competencies (soft skills) as well as the technical and functional skills necessary to meet product needs.
Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to ensure all stakeholders voices are considered when coaching and developing employees.
Work with customers throughout the product life cycle to interpret problems and find a holistic solution.
Provide open, honest feedback to all members of the team, keeping the best interest of the business and product as the priority.
Work in conjunction with engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues as needed to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Work with engineers to continuously elevate them through knowledge transfer and skills growth to tackle development solutions independently, while ensuring they know when and how to escalate.
